ORDERS


How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order please contact our customer service immediately. Orders are processed same day, and they cannot be canceled once they are picked and packed. If you notice an error in your address also contact us immediately at support@glossbabeofficial.com.

Can I change my address after my order has been placed?
Reach out to our Customer Care team immediately. We'll make every effort to change the address information as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Can I change my payment method after the order is placed?
Unfortunately no. Once you have checked out, we're not able to change the payment method on the order.


Can I change my email address after the order has been placed?
Unfortunately no. Once you have checked out, we can't change the email address attached to the order, but please contact our Customer Care team and they'll be happy to provide you with your order information.

I accidentally entered the wrong apartment number. Can I change it after the order has been placed?
Reach out to our Customer Care team immediately. We'll make every effort to change the address information as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Why does my USPS tracking number show "Status Not Available" or "Awaiting Carrier Pickup"?

We are so sorry for the confusion here. This a known issue and we are working hard to fix it!

Why is my order delayed?


What if the item I want is out of stock?
During our restocks products sell out fast! But don't despair. If the item you're looking for is out of stock, keep checking back. We're always updating and restocking our site with your faves!

We accept Paypal, major credit cards, debit card and Quadpay. 

 

My local currency is not in USD $, how do I make purchases?
No problem, you can place orders using your local currency. Scroll down to the bottom of our 'Home' page and you will find a drop down menu to select your currency. Available to our international shipping destinations only.

SHIPPING

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Yes we ship to the US, Canada, UK, Netherlands, Ireland, Australia, and South Africa. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout by weight, location, and carrier. Head to checkout to see. Shipping within the US is free for orders $50+. 
   
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 
We ship from the US.
      
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time is 1-2 days before shipment. Deliveries may take anywhere between 2-5 business days within the US. 
          
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? WHY?
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays depending on your area and the impact of COVID. If it does not arrive by 8 business days upon ordering, email us at support@glossbabeofficial.com.
     
                      
 WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is always a risk of the item not arriving on time. We are not held responsible.
  
I ACCIDENTALLY SENT MY ORDER TO THE WRONG ADDRESS OR I HAVE MOVED, WHAT CAN I DO?
We cannot be held responsible for any address changes. If your package is already in transit, you must contact your local post office and put a redirection on your parcels. If you have any questions about doing this feel free to ask us! 
  

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you would like to cancel your order please contact our customer service immediately. Orders are processed same day, and they cannot be canceled once they are picked and packed. If you notice an error in your address also contact us immediately at support@glossbabeofficial.com.
  
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges ON ANY ORDERS due to sanitary reasons. Exceptions are provided only for wrong items sent, and any defects associated with the products that are a result of our end.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?
Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. 


ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
Our popular Charm gloss collection is vegan, as well as most of our skincare and body care products.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC?
We are working on adding skincare products that contain mostly organic ingredients. If products are organic or contain organic ingredients, there will be a note in the description.       

 

WHOLESALE

Do you offer wholesale options?

Yes! We offer wholesale for retailers that would like to carry and resell our products. 

Do you offer private label options?

No. We do not offer private labeling. Products are available for resale only.
