WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Paypal, major credit cards, debit card and Quadpay. 

SHIPPING

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Yes we ship to the US, Canada, UK, Netherlands, Ireland, Australia, and South Africa. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout by weight. Shipping within the US is free. No need to enter a discount code, just head to checkout.

We ship from the US.
      
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Due to the holiday season, order processing time takes 1-4 business day before shipment. Deliveries take anywhere between 2-5 business days. However, due to the USPS being backed up in some locations it is somewhat possible you may experience a delay.
          
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? WHY?
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays depending on your area and the impact of COVID. If it does not arrive by 8 business days upon ordering, email us at hello@glossbabeofficial.com.
     
                      
 WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is always a risk of the item not arriving on time. We are not held responsible.
  
I ACCIDENTALLY SENT MY ORDER TO THE WRONG ADDRESS OR I HAVE MOVED, WHAT CAN I DO?
We cannot be held responsible for any address changes. You will need to call your local post office and put a redirection on your parcels. If you have any questions about doing this feel free to ask us! 
  
RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?
Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel your order. Any requests to cancel orders after 24 hours will be denied. This is because our 
orders are prepped first thing each morning to be shipped fast. If you notice an error in your address or wish to cancel your order please email us WITHIN 24 hours of your order being placed.
  
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges ON ANY ORDERS due to sanitary reasons. Exceptions provided ONLY for wrong items sent, and any defects associated with the products that are a result of our end.

Yes, our products are vegan and cruelty-free. 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC?

We are working on adding skincare products that contain mostly organic ingredients. If products are organic or contain organic ingredients, there will be a note in the description.
